S.O.U.L.S. promises to each and every client that professionalism, dedication, and extreme confidence will be presented. We completely understand the controversy that comes along with this field and we respect your right to privacy. We bring scientific equipment to your home or other structure/land
to capture evidence of paranormal activity, but they are only used with the clients prior written permission. We will not share or publish any of the evidence or any details of the case with anyone outside our close-knit S.O.U.L.S. Team without prior authorization. Extremely sensitive cases will be handled by the founders, and we may need to perform more than one investigation. We will bring an organized, trustworthy and elite team of investigators into your home or business. We will then help you to understand the nature of the problem, supplying you with the information we believe will help you to understand why this is happening. We will listen to your experiences and concerns. We will then set up equipment and begin trying to recreate certain scenarios to find reasonable explanations for personal experiences while we attempt to find substantial evidence either for or against paranormal activity. After we have completed our investigation, we will spend many hours together as a team, reviewing all of the data of evidence we collected. At the conclusion of our evidence review, we will then meet with the client again and go over what evidence we found that will prove the existence of paranormal activity. You are welcome to copies of any of the recorded evidence that is discovered. Even though the investigation will be completed, it will not be the end of our relationship. Our phones and email will always be open to you if ever you need to contact us in the future. We understand your concerns and sometimes you may feel threatened. Please call on us to help you.
