What Happens When SOULS Performs An Investigation
Once contacted, SOULS does require a lengthy questionnaire to be filled out and returned to our case manager. Once the case manager reviews your answers and deems your situation eligible for an investigation, they will contact you and assign you a case number along with a date for review/walk through of your property, home , business or other structure in question of activity. After the walkthrough and personal interview, SOULS will schedule an investigation. The day of the investigation, SOULS determines where to setup equipment and enforces a strategic plan of engagement into the structure by teams. SOULS members will perform series of questions, document activity using cameras, EMF detectors, thermometers, lasers,digital voice recorders,thermal cameras, quadcam systems and observation. Once SOULS completes the investigation, they extensively review all recorded information gathered and searches for anything paranormal. This is discussed with the client during the reveal process, which is scheduled after review is finalized.
